To allow a .pkg file to install on macOS when blocked: 

1) From the top left apple icon, open System Settings > Privacy & Security, 

2) scroll down to the "Security" section

3) click Open Anyway next to the blocked file.  

Why does this happen? - Apple restricts apps from being "trusted" unless Developers pay a fee. We do not pay this fee to keep the user subscription costs low. 

Minimum*: Windows 10, Core i3 and 8GB RAM

Recommended: Windows 11 Core i5/i7 with dedicated GPU and 8GB+ RAM.  

Minimum: MacOS 12 with M1 processor and 8GB RAM

Recommended: MacOS 12+ with M2 or newer processor and 8GB RAM

A mouse with middle click / scroll wheel is required.
