1) Who is Mint Takeoff made for?

Mint Takeoff is used to trace plans for: counts, lengths, and areas. Users can copy their summary tables and expand their work in spreadsheets. Plans can also be annotated.

2) What is included in the free version?

Use the App for free to see if the app is right for you. No account or credit card information is needed. Limitations apply such as making no more than 5 measurements.

3) I can't install the app, what am I doing wrong?

After you download the App, be sure to scroll down in the Downloads page for instructions.

4) What file types are supported?

PDF, TIF, and Image files. For other file types, consider converting to PDF first. If your file is large, it's recommended downsizing prior to importing to Mint Takeoff.

5) How does Mint Takeoff compare to other apps?

The beauty of Mint Takeoff is the simplicity, focusing ONLY on measuring counts, lengths, areas. After a few minutes of practice, you'll find Mint Takeoff very rewarding to use with takeoffs completed at incredible speed.

6) I am a roofing contractor, can i add pitches to areas?

Yes, you can add pitches and irregular pitches when creating Areas and Lengths. Navigate to the Tutorials page for a quick guide.

7) Can you add _ or _ feature?

8) Do you intend to increase the price?

There are no plans to increase the price. We want the app to be accessible to a wide range of audience—from freelancers to established corporations—across global markets from East to West.

9) I lost some of my measurements, please help!

You may have accidentally toggled the measurement(s) as hidden. You can show all hidden objects by right clicking the page and selecting “Show All Objects”.
